Monett High School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Wrestling Coach to join our athletic program.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the head coach with daily practices and match preparation

• Teaching fundamental and advanced wrestling techniques

• Supporting strength, conditioning, and athlete development

• Promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork

• Helping supervise athletes during practices, meets, and travel

Qualifications:

• Wrestling experience (high school, collegiate, or coaching preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work with student-athletes of varying skill levels

Preferred:

• Prior coaching experience
