The Monett R-1 School District is in need of caring and motivated paraprofessional(s) to work in the Functional Skills Classroom at Monett Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. The job of the Paraprofessional is to be a member of a team working with students with communication and cognitive needs and to assist and support the students in gaining daily living skills. Paraprofessionals will be involved in the provision of team developed school-based supports and instructional plans created with the teacher, counselors, teachers, and administration.
