Monett R-1 School District is seeking applicants for teachers for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21CCLC) After-School Program (Cub House) for the 2020/2021 school year.

PROGRAM WORK HOURS:

Monday - Thursday 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on days when school is in session.  Hours will vary depending on grade level and student attendance.  Friday - start time will vary according to location and campus early release time now in place every Friday for 2020/2021. Morning Cub House Sunrise has been added for the 2021/2022 school year: 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervise students, develop daily lesson plans, provide enrichment through Project Lead the Way activities as well as plan recreational activities, maintain records as required, manage student behavior while maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and partners.  

Job Responsibilities:

-       Assist site and program directors in meeting program goals

-       Manage student behavior

-       Assess student progress

-       Prepare classroom materials

-       Maintain all appropriate records

-       Communicate with parents on student progress

-       Attend all required PD

-       Other duties as assigned
