The Monett R-1 School District is accepting applications for a Monett High School Assistant Swim & Dive Coach for the 2026/2027 school year to assist the Head Swim & Dive Coach. Experience is preferred and background in swim & dive is a plus. The Assistant coach must provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of the swimming & diving program and assist with coordination, planning of swim & dive practices and competitions. Applicants should be willing to work in a collaborative atmosphere.
